Format

Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format, combine skill levels, and cancel the event based upon participation.

Brackets based on age and skill

  • Age is as of 12/31/19; brackets will be 10+, 35+, 50+, 60+, and 70+
  • Team skill level determined by the highest-rated player on the team, 3.0 or greater skill levels only

Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

6 or More Teams in Bracket

  • Double elimination, games will be played best 2 out of 3 to 11 points, losers bracket will play 1 game to 15 points.
  • Bronze medal match will be 1 game to 15 points.
  • Gold medal match, if the loser bracket team wins 2 out of 3, then there is an additional playoff game to 15 points.

5 or Fewer Teams in Bracket

  • Round Robin format, two games to 11 points, winner determined by most wins with total points used as the tiebreaker

Dura Fast 40 ball will be used

USAPA rules will be followed. Clarifications and decisions will rest with the tournament director. Players will call their own games unless disagreements cannot be resolved.

Cost

$35/player for 1 or 2 events, non-refundable

All payments will be collected online; players will be taken to PayPal after submitting their registration form where they can pay with credit card
